The Tradefin Platform is a gamified cryptocurrency fantasy trading platform that is skill-based. Collectively, the online and app-based platform is referred to as "Tradefin". It provides Crypto fantasy trading leagues and competitions for its participants (referred to as "League" above; "You" and "Your" interchangeably).
The Tradefin website/app's features and services are subject to the terms and conditions (referred to as "Terms") listed below. By utilising the Tradefin-provided platform and its services, you thus consent to be bound by the Terms and grant your free permission to do so. This also signifies your binding acceptance of any future changes made to the Terms. You agree to these Terms by logging in and registering with Tradefin, which is considered your acceptance of them. You can leave the platform right now if you disagree with these Terms.
Upon registering with Tradefin, you acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions stated in the agreement. The Privacy Policy is your unequivocal agreement to be governed by this Agreement in its entirety.
1. "Prize Pool" refers to the entire pre-specified contribution made by each participating trader for each League during a given round, less the platform fees. The Winner(s) will receive the Prize Pool.
2. "Entry Fee" refers to the sum that each trader must contribute to the Prize Pool to be eligible to play in the league.
3. "Wallet" refers to an electronic wallet connected to each member's profile on our platform.
4. "Winnings" refers to the entire amount of the Prize Pool that is deposited into the winner's wallet for that specific league.
You can participate in a variety of leagues that are now accessible using the Tradefin programme, which is available in web-based and app-downloaded formats and can be accessed at www.tradefin.app. Tradefin retains the right, at its discretion only.
1. You must register with Tradefin and accept all terms and conditions to use the Fantasy FX trading platform for cryptocurrencies. You must enter the correct email address during registration, along with all necessary information and (OTP).
2. Only those who are 18 years of age or older can use Tradefin.
1. Tradefin is not liable for any damages or losses arising from your use of the platform, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.
2. Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude Tradefin’s liability for damages that cannot be legally excluded.
